• To book a repair simply fill out a repair form HERE (note, it can take a day or two to respond)
• ​I will then respond to arrange a suitable date for drop off OR to add you to the wait list (depending on workload). Estimated turnaround time will also be given at this point
• A non-refundable bench fee of £80 is chargeable upon drop-off, this covers the initial hour of disassembly & diagnostics. In a few cases where the fault is obvious and quick to repair this may cover the repair cost
• In all other cases an estimate will be provided for the repair/servicing cost (at a rate of £60 p/h + parts). If you are happy to go ahead a deposit may be asked for (usually 50%). Once the deposit is paid, required parts can be ordered (if not stocked) and work can proceed
• Once work is complete you will then be contacted with a final invoice and to arrange collection (after an extensive test and burn in period)
• Payment must be made upon receipt of final invoice and BEFORE any equipment can be collected
• Repairs must be collected within 10 days of final invoice or a storage fee of £5 per day will be billed
• ​If you do not collect your amp within 45 days ownership will transfer to Horseman Soundworks
• I warranty my work for 90 days so if the same fault reappears please let me know!
